Job Context
The Salesman will drive the company's sales strategy by reaching out to potential customers, explaining products and services, and closing sales. They will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Duties include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and providing feedback to management on customer preferences and sales trends. The Salesman ensures the satisfaction of clients through professional communication, negotiating deals, and offering product demonstrations where necessary. Monthly reports on sales progress and market trends will be submitted to management.
